MSMAS Team ~ Returns from 'World Youth Butoku Sai' & 'Canada Butoku Sai' ......

The Junior/Youth Team is back from Canada after the '2nd World Youth Butoku Sai' and our Adults from 'Canada Butoku Sai' 2011.


The entire MSMAS Team really enjoyed the diversity of the events that took place whilst they were in Canada, from the significant ‘tree planting’ ceremony in Kingston, to the history and pageant of Fort Henry, plus the field trip to the Little Cataraqui Creek Conservation Area in the wilderness.

Our Juniors/Youth also had fun at the Youth International Activities for Mutual Understanding in ARC plus enjoyed the dignity of the '2nd World Youth Butoku Sai' and the Dinner that followed.

For the Adults, a chance to experience an ‘Iaido Seminar’ with Hanshi Shimabukuro and Kyoshi Long working together, then to participate at the 'Canada Butoku Sai', before attending the ‘Farewell Banquette’ .....

MSMAS Judo ~ Medal success @ 2013 BJA Sussex County Judo Trials

A small MSMAS Junior & Senior Judo Team of just 6 Players, 3 Senior & 3 Junior attended this years BJA Sussex County Judo Trials, yet with only 6 they came home with 6 Medals to enjoy yet another 100% medal success day resulting in 3 x Sussex County Judo Champions & 6 x Sussex County Judo Players ...
