MSMAS congratulate 2 new Dan Grades & 4 new Sempai in the Dojo after Gradings...

The MSMAS Senior Grade list was extended at the weekend following the Assessmnets carried out by Chris Doherty the BJA Teachincal Officer.

First to be congratulated was Chris Sharp, a long term Member of MSMAS who, after having accumulated the neccessary contest points, and now having passed his Theory, is now able to recognised by the BJA at 2nd Dan.

The next was Allan Smith, who at the London Budokai swept aside all comers in both his preliminary rounds and his 3 man line out, and now having passed his Theory, is now able to recognised by the BJA at 1st Dan.

Next was Peter Smith and Kevin Uridge, both now BJA competitive 1st Kyu and MSMAS Sempai rank.

Finally 2 of our Veterans, Jeannette Kwasniewski and Adrian (AJ) Jackson made BJA 1st Kyu and MSMAS Sempai rank, showing that age is no barrier to determination and success in Judo....

Well done to them all...
