MSMAS Aikidoka attend Daniel Toutain Aikido Seminar in Scotland...

Despite the distance involved, MSMAS Aikidoka were once again north of the border to attend this event....


This weekend MSMAS Aikidoka were at this seminar led by Sensei Daniel Toutain (6th Dan, Iwama Ryu), at The Kirkliston Leisure centre near Edinburgh in Scotland.

Over 40 Aikidoka from across Scotland and the north of England were at this Annual Seminar.

The Session included Bukiwaza, learning some Jo kata in the Iwama style of Aikido, as well as Taijutsu.

There was a great effort made by all that those attending, to train hard and to learn as much as possible from Sensei Toutain with an excellent day had by all.
Our thanks to Stephen Colville of Aikido Dojo Scotland, for organizing the Seminar, and of course to Sensei Toutain for coming to Scotland to give such an informative seminar.

MSMAS Judo ~ Medal success @ 2013 BJA Sussex County Judo Trials

A small MSMAS Junior & Senior Judo Team of just 6 Players, 3 Senior & 3 Junior attended this years BJA Sussex County Judo Trials, yet with only 6 they came home with 6 Medals to enjoy yet another 100% medal success day resulting in 3 x Sussex County Judo Champions & 6 x Sussex County Judo Players ...
