MSMAS Judo medals at ‘The Kent International’

Yet again Shelley Jackson continued on her 100% medal success in 2008...

In her 1st contest, Shelley took the full 3 minutes in order to take her first win of the day.

An unlucky decision appeared to rob her of success in the 2nd, plus her 3rd to yet another ‘iffy’ decision.

However, showing great resilience and determination, she then went on to win her final contest of the day by Keiken gachi (Win by withdrawal) when her opponent withdrew injured during her contest with Shelley..

Overall, Shelley is now competing very well, plus her stamina has improved greatly, making her a far better contestant every time she steps onto the mat….

A 3rd place Bronze this time, so keep it up Shelley…

Finally, many thanks to Sue Buckley & Steve May for their invaluable help on the day..
